Information we collect

Information you give us

We do not require an account to browse or download workflows. If you email us at japangor@gmail.com, we receive your email address and message content so we can reply.

Information collected automatically

• Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp, referrer)
• Google Analytics events (page views, navigation, anonymized IP)
• Cookies set by Google Analytics and Google AdSense (see below)

Cookies and tracking

We use Google Analytics (gtag.js, ID G-JLSL55VQGV) to understand aggregate traffic patterns. Analytics cookies are typically valid for 24 months.

We use Google AdSense (publisher ID ca-pub-3483870164836220) to show advertisements. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at google.com/settings/ads or via aboutads.info.

Workflow downloads

Workflow files (JSON / ZIP) are served as static assets. Downloading a file does not transmit any additional personal data to us beyond standard server logs. Be aware that the workflow files you import into your own n8n instance may interact with third-party APIs (OpenAI, Apify, etc.) — those calls are governed by your credentials and those providers' policies, not ours.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights including:

• Access to personal data we hold about you
• Correction or deletion of that data
• Objection to processing or withdrawal of consent
• Data portability
• Lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g. Data Protection Board of India, EU DPA)

Children

n8n.gjam.in is intended for users aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us for removal.

Data retention

Server logs are kept for up to 90 days. Email correspondence is retained for up to 24 months for support continuity. Analytics aggregates are retained per Google's defaults.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. We do not store passwords, payment information, or sensitive personal data. We use reputable infrastructure providers but cannot guarantee absolute security of internet transmissions.

International transfers

Our service providers may process data outside India, including in the United States and EU. We rely on standard contractual clauses and provider compliance frameworks where applicable.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page or via an in-page notice for 30 days.
