Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of n8n.gjam.in ("the Site"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may browse, read, and download content for personal or commercial use within your own organization. You may not:

• Scrape the Site at a volume that disrupts other users
• Republish substantial copies of guide content without attribution and a link back
• Misrepresent the Site as an official n8n GmbH property
• Use the Site to violate any law or regulation in your jurisdiction

2. Workflow downloads — license

Workflow files (JSON, ZIP) published on n8n.gjam.in are provided free of charge for evaluation, learning, and use inside your own n8n instances. You may:

• Import, modify, and run workflows in any n8n environment (Cloud or self-host)
• Use modified workflows in commercial work and client projects
• Share the original page URL with others

You may not:

• Resell our workflow files as a paid template product
• Claim authorship of the original unmodified workflow
• Strip attribution from workflow documentation when republishing variants

3. No warranty

Content and downloads are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that workflows are error-free, fit for a particular purpose, or compatible with every n8n version or third-party API. You are responsible for testing workflows in a non-production environment before deploying them.

4. Third-party services

Many workflows integrate third-party services (OpenAI, Apify, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Meta, Google, etc.). Your use of those services is governed by their terms and pricing. We are not responsible for actions or charges those services trigger.

5. Responsible use

Some templates (e.g. lead scraping, cold email, social DM automation) can be misused. You agree to:

• Respect the terms of service of any platform you scrape or automate against
• Comply with anti-spam laws in your country (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, India DPDP Act, etc.)
• Honor unsubscribe requests promptly
• Obtain consent where required for personal data processing

6. Intellectual property

Site content, guides, and original artwork are © 2026 GJAM unless noted. "n8n" and the n8n logo are trademarks of n8n GmbH; we use the name nominatively to describe the platform our content serves. This Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by n8n GmbH.

7. Advertising

The Site may display advertisements via Google AdSense and similar networks. Ads do not constitute editorial endorsement. Ad behavior is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GJAM and contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising from your use of the Site or downloaded content.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify GJAM against claims arising from your misuse of the Site, your use of workflows in production without testing, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be flagged on the home page for at least 14 days.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless a mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
